MANAMBAI ABDUL KADIR https://www.e-journallppmunsa.ac.id/index.php/samalewa/article/view/1990 <p><em>The function and efforts of hospitals in providing healthcare services are supported by auxiliary facilities, one of which is the Pharmacy Installation, which is related to the management of medicines. Hospitals are also responsible for ensuring the safety of medication use for patients. Drug damage not only has negative effects on patients but also harms healthcare facilities as it can hinder optimal medication turnover. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of drug and medical consumable management and to examine its relationship with the increase in the number of patients at H.L. Manambai Abdul Kadir Hospital in 2025. The research method uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type, and data processing was conducted using the Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 21. The results of the study indicate that the use of medicines and medical consumables simultaneously has an effect on the increase in the number of patients. However, medical consumables alone do not have a significant impact on the increase in patient numbers. The R-square value is 33.4%, which means that 33.4% of the variation in the increase in patient numbers can be explained by the use of medicines and medical consumables. The number of respondents was determined using the Slovin formula and selected using probability sampling techniques with a simple random sampling method. The respondents in this study were 61 active students at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Samawa University.</em> <em>The selection of respondents was determined using probability sampling techniques with a simple random sampling method. The data analysis tool used was multiple linear regression, partial hypothesis test (t test), simultaneous hypothesis test (F test), and coefficient of determination test (R<sup>2</sup>). The results of this study showed that business work practices and self-efficacy had positive and significant effect on the work readiness of students at the Faculty of Economics and Management, Samawa University, either partially or simultaneously. The type of this study was associative study which aims to determine the effect of customer experience strategy (X) on the loyalty of Skintific skincare customers in Sumbawa District (Y). The type of data used in this study was quantitative obtained directly from primary sources</em> <em>using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire.</em> <em>Respondents in this study were 50 Skintific skincare customers in Sumbawa District, totalling 50 people.</em> <em>The selection of respondents was determined using non probability sampling techniques with a accidental sampling (convenience sampling) method. The data analysis techniques used was simple linear regression</em> <em>analysis, partial hypothesis testing (t-test), and coefficient of determination testing (R<sup>2</sup>). The results of the study showed that customer experience strategy had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty of Skintific skincare in Sumbawa District.</em> <em>These results suggest that the better of customer experience strategy implemented, the more loyalty of Skintific skincare customers in Sumbawa District will increase. The type of this study was comparative research which aims to examine the differences in income levels of micro-business actors in Sumbawa District before (X<sub>1</sub>) and after (X<sub>2</sub>) the use of information technology in the field of e-commerce.</em> <em>The type of data used in this study is quantitative data obtained from secondary sources through documents or financial report archives found at Butik Yana Sumbawa Besar. The data analysis technique used were two-average difference test consisting of table paired samples statistics, paired samples correlation and paired samples t-test.</em> <em>The results of this study showed that</em> <em>there was a positive and significant difference in the income levels of SMEs in Sumbawa District before and after the implementation of information technology in the field of e-commerce. These results indicate that the use of information technology in the field of e-commerce had a significant impact on the income levels of SMEs in Sumbawa District. The data used in this study was processed using the SPSS application to be analyzed using simple linear regression analysis techniques, partial hypothesis testing (t-test), and coefficient of determination testing (R<sup>2</sup>).</em> <em>The results of this study indicate that the perception of transaction security had a positive and significant effect on online shopping decisions of Sumbawa District people through the Shopee application.</em> <em>The ability of the perception of transaction security variable to effect on online shopping decisions of Sumbawa District people through the Shopee application was 38.1%, while the remaining of 61.9% was effected by other factors not examined in this study, such as fast service, friend invitations, cashback voucher offers, ease of finding goods, low prices, and seller domicile.</em></p> Ika Fitriyani Rizky Ananda Mappuji Copyright (c) 2025 Ika Fitriyani, Rizky Ananda Mappuji https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 2025-06-30 2025-06-30 5 1 147 157 10.58406/samalewa.v5i1.2053 ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS STRATEGI ADAPTASI MANAJEMEN PT. The type of this study was qualitative descriptive study. The types of data used were qualitative and quantitative data, then source of data in this study were primary and secondary data. The numbers of informants in this study were 4 informants consisted of 1 key informant and 3 main informants. The tools used to collect data were interviews and documentation. The technique of analysis data were qualitative analysis and effectiveness analysis. The results of this study showed that the management of PT. Astra Motor Sumbawa Besar has implemented several adaptive strategies to maintain the company's existence and increase its sales volume in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.</em> <em>However, the implementation of this strategy has not shown effective results as measured by sales volume.</em> <em>The sales ratio at PT.
